|CDFI Foreclosure Intervention PBT Scholarship 3I5||CDFI Fund Capacity Building Initiative||
This scholarships for foreclosure intervention capacity-building is open to current CDFI's and organizations desiring to become CDFI's.
This scholarship is by invitation only. Those invited to apply have received the scholarship code personally. DO NOT contact NeighborWorks America or the scholarship sponsor requesting the scholarship code.

Must be staff of a qualified nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. This includes both HUD-Approved housing counseling agencies and others who are not HUD-Approved.
Organization and staff must be providing foreclosure counseling activities, and/or working toward providing foreclosure counseling activities. The intent of program is to strengthen and build mortgage mitigation counseling services.
Individual's employment status and the organization's 501(c)(3) status may be confirmed. Depending on scholarship availability, board members of qualified nonprofits may receive scholarships. Staff of state and local municipalities may also be considered on a limited basis.
NeighborWorks America reserves the right to give priority based on individual’s job responsibilities (e.g., front-line foreclosure counselor) and proximity to training event.
