Thank you for your interest in the NCHEC/HUD Training.

The NeighborWorks Faculty-led Online Courses are similar to the distance learning offered by many top-notch universities: faculty-led, interactive learning experiences that offer the opportunity to collaborate with an expert instructor and peers online.

Knowing the major lending and housing regulations is a key piece of the puzzle for homeownership professionals. In this course participants learn how to avoid common lending pitfalls, especially those related to RESPA and the Truth in Lending and Fair Housing Acts.
