January 22  to  February 18, 2020

Thank you for your interest in the NCHEC/HUD Training.

The NeighborWorks Faculty-led Online Courses are similar to the distance learning offered by many top-notch universities: faculty-led, interactive learning experiences that offer the opportunity to collaborate with an expert instructor and peers online.

The HO307vc takes place January 22 – February 18, 2020 and is recommended for people who have completed the HO345rq Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counseling Certification, Part 1 course and need this class to complete the certification requirements.

Foreclosure counselors must master certain core content in order to become effective and efficient counselors. This course is designed to address and practice four content areas.  These four content areas will include Core Elements, Analysis and Assessment, Solution Focused Counseling Skills and Submission and Closure of the Loss Mitigation Package.
